- Coding our futuristic culturbook platform as a hands on developer, fronted & backend
- Working with your team & product owner to make sure the team, architecture & technologies are aligned with short term business goals & long term vision

As a developer:Â
- Youâre familiar & skilled in our core technologies, with 5+ years full-stack experience
- You understand high-level architectural design
- Youâre experienced with micro-services
- Youâre experienced with design & delivery of products from conception through to testing & support
- Youâve advanced AWS experience & hopefully have DevOps experience
As a Leader:Â
- Youâve some formal experience leading & mentoring
- You â¤ď¸ leading, coaching, mentoring & managing other developers
- Youâre pretty skilled in running Agile practices & ceremonies
- Youâre setup for remote work
