Leading software development consultancy, Clevertech, is looking to hire a Remote Technical Interviewer to support our team’s rapid growth. You will be integral to the development and success of our organization while also being able to take advantage of the many meaningful, career-developing opportunities you’ll be provided. The Remote Technical Interviewer is an ideal position for Software Development Managers, Software Engineers. As an Interviewer, you will interview candidates in a variety of roles to verify and review their technical capabilities.

  • Liaise with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure an efficient, positive experience
  • Conduct second interviews to verify the technical skills of developers
  • Help to develop and improve recruiting processes
  • Opportunity to work on other projects as needed within the Talent department
  • This position will join a team of two former Sr Developers who are currently doing technical interviews and 5 recruiters and will primarily require to work in the PST timezone

  • At least 7 years of hands-on development experience, with impressive accomplishments
  • Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience conducting interviews focusing on evaluating fundamental computer science skills and craftsmanship
  • Strong attention to detail and master of organization
  • High level of resourcefulness
  • High sense of urgency
