As the Senior Full Stack Engineer for our Startup Creation team, you will help shape product solutions for Redesign Health and build new features which add value to Redesign Health’s growing number of operating companies. The Full Stack Engineer will build solutions across products to address the unique challenges of our operating companies and give a better onboarding, compliance and customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Build a platform which helps our operating companies build, operate and handle healthcare solutions in the cloud
  • Build a reliable, compliant and trusted customer engagement platform which will operate in a highly scalable distributed production environment
  • Be a part of a cross-functional team and collaborate with Product Managers and Architects across multiple products to deliver a meaningful product for our operating companies
  • Ability to wear many hats in the Engineering department and act as a Tech Lead who is a mentor, collaborator, and innovator 

Relevant Experience:

  • 5+ years of software development experience with cloud applications
  • Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with exposure to Javascript / ReactJS or equivalent front end technologies to build responsive web applications
  • Experience with several backend programming languages and multi-threaded programming (Python, Django, Node.js, or Scala)
  • Production experience with AWS, GCP or other public cloud infrastructure platforms
  • Successful track record of delivering and maintaining reliable, scalable, traceable and performant distributed systems to customers in a production cloud environment
  • Extensive experience with building and using RESTful APIs, understanding of data schema design, and understanding performance pitfalls
  • Experience with Agile development and is comfortable decomposing complex problem statements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent)
  • Experience with distributed in-memory datastore (Redis, Elasticache or equivalent)
